*How does FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 work?
Free shipping is for retail orders only and calculated based on the subtotal before tax and shipping. Sometimes our site offers special promotions where a product is offered for FREE and all that needs to be paid by the customer is the shipping cost, commonly referred to as Free + Shipping offers (F+S). The FREE Shipping on orders over $100 does NOT include any F+S items. If there are F+S items in the cart during checkout and you qualify for FREE Shipping, your F+S items will NOT be ordered and you will need to place a separate order for these items as these offers cannot be combined. Customers who qualify for the FREE Shipping on their order over $100 still qualify for the FREE GIFT offer, if available, for ordering over the specified amount.
How does $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping work?
Shipping is calculated on a per item basis and each item in your shopping bag is $4.95 shipping. However, if you are purchasing 2 (two) of the same item (same variant/color/etc), then shipping for both of those items is still $4.95. For example: If you purchase a single "Mom Life" t-shirt or purchase multiple "Mom Life" t-shirts of the same size and color, then shipping is $4.95. If you purchase a "Mom Life" t-shirt ($4.95 shipping) AND a pair of cell phone case ($4.95 shipping), then shipping total would be $9.90 ($4.95 + $4.95 = $9.90).
When does $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping not apply?
$4.95 Flat Rate Shipping only applies to retail purchases on the store. Sometimes our suppliers want us to run what is called a FREE + Shipping offer, where the customer only has to pay for the shipping cost of the item. Due to the nature of these offers, the supplier sets the shipping rates differently and so our standard $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping does not apply for these offers.
Why do I get charged more than $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping if I have several items in my cart?
We have warehouses all across the world and depending on which items you decide to purchase and their availability in our many international warehouses, they could ship in separate packages from separate warehouses. If you purchase a t-shirt and a pair of shoes the shipping will be $9.90 ($4.95 + $4.95 = $9.90), because they might ship separately from USA, Canada, Europe, China, Australia or any of our other international warehouses.
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! Fired up!
How do I know how much the shipping total will be for my order?
Your best option is to place all items you wish to purchase in your shopping bag and then proceed to checkout. Don't worry, you won't have to pay for anything yet! Here you can enter all your shipping information and our fancy system will calculate the total shipping cost for you.
When will I receive my order?
Due to the high volume that we receive on our deals, please allow us 4-5 days to process your order AFTER a sale ends. Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA. Other countries can take an estimated 6 weeks due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insure, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
